John Moore, a retired U.S. Army Veteran and entrepreneur, brings more than three decades of federal and state level management, purchasing, marketing, and advertising experience to bear for his clients (federal, state and local levels of government and respective defense agencies).

Prior to establishing GPC3000℠, Mr. Moore was Founder/CEO of C.S.A. Logistics, Inc., Managing Partner of Advanced Advertising Specialties, and CEO of MTCI Productions, LLC., professional service firms providing logistical, advertising, marketing, and consulting-related services to governmental agencies and corporate firms.

Mr. Moore, a professional public speaker and motivator, has spoke before numerous governmental organizations, private businesses, and civic organizations pertaining to marketing and advertising topics relevant in the new global economy.
